what do i need to download and do to get planes to be ai

Go to WOAI. It shows with a google search, or for direct links check the post titled Traffic X in the payware section. I'm on a different computer at the moment and the security features make it a bit of a pain to find the links and repost them. But anyways, these packs are self installing and improve the world vastly! For WOAI, the packs have a FSX/FS9 option to them.
 I would recommend at first just using WOAI as it is the most painless for starting out with. But PAI and MAIW are both excellent packs as well!
When I get back to my baby, I can help you out a little more, I feel so lost on a computer with just one moniter!

it says i need a WOAI in my E:\ drive what do i do?

It may be taking about the installer, in the download section on WOAI's page there will be a file called woains24, get that and run it, then choose a package you have downloaded and the installer will place it in your FSX. (You will need to select FSX or FS9.)

Installer is the middle one, this page has the 15 newest packs, and at the very top is a link to the other packs.
