EditVoicePack? (Or something similar?)

From the Wiki it sounds like you can add the 'standard voicepacks' but but not others (WoAI?). and you can't do your own edits.
The FS9 .gvp file works in FSX, so rather than using EVP for FSX, I copied my EVP enhanced FS9 .gvp file into FSX without problems.
