Business Airline's AI?

Is there any business AI available, freeware or payware? cuz ive really gotten into flying some business jets, however theres not Biz jets at the airport. All help greatly appreciated.

UltimateGA would be your best bet.
All types of business aircraft from small jets up to the BBJ.
