afcad 2.21 issue

i cant seem to get afcad to "lock to flight sim". dont worry i am pressing the right button. Its just that its not locking to the aircraft and nothing happents when i move the ac in slew mode or regular mode ?

I've built and modified hundreds of airports using AFCAD (ever since Lee released it) and have never used the Lock Mode:
"16. Lock Mode
So far you have been moving the aircraft crosshairs around a fixed map. In lock mode, the crosshairs (the aircraft) will remain at the centre of the AFCAD window, and the display will move with the aircraft, similar to a GPS moving map window."
If one has FSUIPC properly installed, AFCAD works just fine without using LM

I have had this problem as well. Out of the blue, the lock function (witch is critical to my method of design) stop working. Thats the least of my problems now (see my post in fs2004 section, FS9 not responding.. i really need help!)

The only real problem I'm having with AFCAD is the every other time I select "open" to load an airport, the airport list takes up to one minute for appearing, all the while the program is seemingly locked. Never had any problems with the plane crosshair. You people sure it's not a problem of your FSUIPC installation?
