ProjectAI Installer??

Ok...so to make a long story short i had to reinstall FS2004  the other day and i wiped out all of my ai and the installers needed to install them.  So...today i go and download all the airline packages i want and i go to install them but i cant find the installers i need on their site (AI Installer and TTools right??).

Maby i am just over looking them but i dont think so.  Anyone have an idea as to where i can find these much needed items.
