Hi,ive seen lots of repaints for Samdims An-12 (ai version).
Anybody know where i can download the base package.
Just cant seem to find the ai version.

Although not a good practice you could turn a copy of the one you have into a AI aircraft if you are willing to detune it some so it does not take a heavy hit on your frame rates .  Like I said it is usually not a good idea to turn flyable aircraft into AI but it can be done and if you change textures and some of the flight dynamics it might not hit frame rates so hard.

The one you need is here. In the package... no separate download. This is the latest version of the FDE.

Better alternative (no repaints yet as its in beta) is available here but you will have to patch it together from the files scattered in that forum thread

The AN-12 RU is HERE

This is a flyable version with panel and takes up nearly 24MB when unzipped. I wish there was an AI version out there; guess I'll just repaint a default FS9 DHC8-100 and assign it (in Ultimate Traffic) to the AN-12
