Ive installed a ton of PAI packs, but there are still empty spaces at the airports... is there a way that i personally can modify the code and add more lines to create new flightplans?

Yes is the short answer, the long answer is well......a very long answer.

Roger that . . . use TTools and make three files using your own airports and aircraft.
