IS there a way to load a background image in AFCAD?  THe reason is I have some photo scenery and although the runways to align up in FS2004 the taxiways,... are off.  With a background image I could trace over the taxiways,...

Not to my knowledge perhaps you can contact the author of AFCAD and maybe he can hlep you out.
That would be a nice feature to have but I am not sure if it can be done.
