Excellent question. FS9 has AI Traffic and we can add AI Traffic but certain programs have been created to have this AI Traffic flying (mirror) realworld (or virtual) airline schedules.

The best known programs for making AI Traffic fly schedules are:
Project aI (FREEware)
Ultimate Traffic (payware)

P.S. Logic would dictate Cargo and Military flights will not be included in scheduled flights because -- for the most part -- they are not scheduled.

Below is a screenshot of an Ultimate Traffic Schedule for Turkish Airlines UT ships with every airline schedule and every plane to fly them.

Download Lee Swordy's "TrafficTools" and read the excellent
documentation that is included.
Even if you choose to use one of the 'pre-packaged" AI traffic
installers, TTools is a very useful utility to have.
