disappearing ai traffic

grrrrrrr. this is makeing me mad. ok here is what i have wrong/right..........ok so i make a afcad for a aircraft carrier. it has two runways.....one would/is the flat deck or landing platform the other is cat one( the cat on the front deck on the right) the landing runway is 4 and 22. end 22 is closed for take off and landing and 4 is closed for take off. runway 4-22 is the one i want to land my ai aircraft on. runway 1-19 is the cat runway. 19 being closed for both take off and landing and 1 being closed for landing end 1 would be the begining of the cat and end 19 would be the well end. i have parking as well but when it comes time for the ai planes to take off they just well poof and disappear. gone, out of here.....grrrrrrrrrrrr. so i checked for faults with the fault finder and it found no faults.
please can some one please tell me whats wrong.
