Adding Aircraft Traffic, airport gates, etc, to your Sim - AFCAD, TTools, Project AI, AI Aircraft, etc

Two quick questions:
1. Is there any common error in traffic.bgl files that will cause FS9 to crash?
2. Could the above be related to having several separate traffic files, or should they all be condensed into one file?
Needless to say, my AI traffic is crashing the program!
Thanks!

The number of traffic_files.bgl is not the problem; one can have as many traffic_files.bgl as wanted.
The problem could be due to any file (traffic_files.bgl or other) that is corrupted including fs9.cfg or an AF2 file
If your are convinced (or want to confirm) it's a traffic_files.bgl file, simply remove each (to a safe place) one-by-one starting with the latest (by date) and then testing FS9 after each removal.

P.S. Do not put all your AI traffic into one file as it would become a logistical nightmare to edit, IMO.

Thanks, that's what I've been doing is taking one file at a time and seeing what happens. What I've found is a mistake that may have caused the problem. There was an aircraft number repeated in two files. It was actually the same aircraft, but having two bgl files using the same aircraft number seems to have been part of the problem. Can anyone confirm that this could cause a crash?

"Can anyone confirm that this could cause a crash?" Not in my experience.
