Adding Aircraft Traffic, airport gates, etc, to your Sim - AFCAD, TTools, Project AI, AI Aircraft, etc

Is there a single download somewere that you can get It all in one shot. I have slow dial up and if its big I can start it and do something else rather than have to sit there for hours downloading each one. But not sure how big they are though.
