The Traffic Toolbox.sdk(software development kit), like all other SDK's are packages that give the FS user/designer information on building/modifying various areas or files within the FS program package.

None are necessary to use your Flight Simulator.

This one contains instructions and (dos)utilities to modify your AI traffic..

IMHO: The freeware utility, 'TrafficTools' by Lee Swordy, has been around for a long time and is a much better program for working with AI traffic, and includes a very good instruction manual.

ProjectAI (Google it) is an even easier to use application for plugging real world AI into your sim.

there is a MS traffic program that gives you a explorer window with AI traffic in your area or can give you a map of AI planes.

The explorer is easier to use as it lets you know what planes are doing what, TnG, enroute, taxing or sleeping.

I can check at home and post but was almost positive I got it from the MS site. ???

You get to it from the tool bar during the game. You can click on a AI flight and right along.
