FS9 Crashes

Hi everyone
ive started to put together some afcad files of my own for a few RAF bases ive cut most textures out of the aircraft kept everything down to a minimum. But FS9 keeps crashing on me when i try to load up the flights has anybody any ideas. i only have 3 dsb typhoons at conningsby and mid way through flying everything just shuts down .

This is going to sound strange but try removing the added AFCAD files from FS9 just put them in a dummy folder someplace out of FS9's main folder Then see if FS9 works.
If so then put the files back one at a time retrying fs9 after  each file I am almost postiative you have a bad AFCAD file
I have seen this happen before one or more of the afcad files or more than likely corrupt. 8)
