After checking out a few threads in this section of the forum, I've managed to replace the default airliners that feature fictitious schemes in FS2002, with representations of current airliners instead.  Makes for a much more enjoyable experience when flying.  Thanks to all for the hints & tips, it's amazing how many things can be done "outside of the box", with regards to FS.

I look at it as if MICROSOFT has started a huge canvas that all the world can paint on ... lovin' it.
