How do I use the airplanes that I have downloaded to be used at terminals and in flight?

Yep, Traffic Tools and maybe Traffic Route Creator will do the trick. I have Glacier Girl flying around 1A6 in my FS9

You can add any aircraft in your hangar as an AI plane. PM me if you need help with it.
