Anumber of questions re FS2002

I'm new to this forum, and new to modifying FS2002.
Can you help me with a few problems at all?
1) At a number of airports the "tower view" seems to be wrong. When I start up AFCAD the Tower is in the correct place. however, once I save the file and return to FS2002 the tower view has moved, sometimes many 100's of metres away! Any ideas why?
2) On some airports if I ask for progressive taxi no pink lines appear. In AFCAD the taxi ways are defined, and other aircraft use the ok.
3) I am trying to get one of my AI aircraft to perform a circuit. I've set it to leave and land at the same airport. The aircraft takes of ok, completes around 3/4 of the circuit, requests landing permission then crashes into a field beofe it gets to the airport. why?
