Errr
It comes with one of the best and most comprehensive instruction manuals ever - much better than anyone here can tell you about.
Just a suggestion - read the manual and then ask specific questions eg how do I add an IFR flight plan, how do I make a plane do touch and goes etc.
It's a waste of time if everyone just pastes chunks out of the manual, as has often happened in the past

Ya, reading the manual is necessary Lee's AF2 compiles and decompiles FS9 *.bgl traffic files. These are composed of aircraft.txt; airports.txt and flightplans.txt. Once they are decompiled, they can be edited but must be Compiled using ttools before they can be used in FS9. Hope this is the basics you were looking for.

Don't mess with your traffic.bgl! Ttools will create a backup of your original before editing a new one. Leave this to ttools. It will find the traffic_xxxxxx.bgl in the FS9/SCENERY/WORLD/SCENERY folder

Privatepilot. As RollerBall already mentioned, TTools includes a comprehensive & well-written instruction manual. The file is named ReadMe.htm. You have a lot of reading to do.
The time to ask for help is when there's anything specific you don't understand. You will then find the people here more than willing to answer your questions & help in any way they can.
