Is it possible to have both My Traffic and Ultimate Traffic running at the same time? Will it cause problems?

I have neither program. But running two programs at the same time FS is running might cause slower frame rates, it will depend on your system. Other than that the only other thing you might have to worry about is the two programs trying to use the same aircraft at the same time.  8)
