I'm confused : Exclusion zones

I understand that you all help people on exclusion zones weekly, but i'm totally lost on it. ??? I've just made made own fictional airport with AFCAD, but it has trees and houses stuck in it. I don't know what to do about getting the right measurements. Also, I read the new AFCAD should be out about now, with an exclusion tool in it.

JFX:  Check your messages, I've sent you a messages hopfully explaining the exclude switch. If you need more help let us know.
