O.K to delete stock .bgl file?

Now that I have installed all the PAI traffic I want into a PAI traffic file, and created my own traffic file for GA traffic, can I simply delete the "traffic050328.bgl" file in order to get rid of Orbit, landmark etc?
Later that day.....
After I installed United using PAIinstall, I ran the PAI commercial uninstall package to get rid of default airlines- but that didn't work, they still show up. Then I tried removing the stock traffic.bgl file, and that didn't work- they still show up. So.... How can I get rid of the default AI traffic?

Do not delete it, create a sub-folder and place it in there...

well you can deleted it, then just decompile the stock txt files and it will recreate  ;)

But I keep a temp folder for packages I don't use often.
