Problems with AFCad 1.40

Ok guys, I need some help with this one. I'm in a VA and made an AFCad for our Base. The problem is that one of the members is having a problem with the install of this AFCad. Nothing at all will come up for this base in the list. The other members have not had any problems with this happening to them. This is also the second time this has happened with this same member. He can't even choose the airport from the FS2002 list when Creating a flight.
Any help would be greatful.
