Runways and Traffic

Right, Hello

I am trying to make AI land on only one end of the runway in this intstance runway 31. how do i make this happen so everything lands and takes off on runway 31.

In AFCAD, in runway properties, check "closed for takeoff" and "closed for landing" for the opposite runway.
