That was it. I took out the check mark it had one in it just like you said. One in the DC10 file and one in MD11.You hit the nail on the head. 
Thanks for all your help.I was now able to add these lines atc_parking_type=Ramp Cargoatc_parking_Codes=FDX
Taking out the check mark let me save the new change.
