SOme leasons Needed

Hi Guys!
I'm facing some trouble with the new AFCAD for fs2004
I'm not being able to build the newst airstrip for SBTA
can some1 explain how can I do it?
here are the coordenates for the main airstrip
W23*02.4080'
S45*30.9606
571.2 elevation
1419.7mts lenght
29.9 width
304.8 pattern
reciprocal end 26
base end 08
so, here's my problem, how can I build the new paralel
airstrip do the right of it?
It has to be somethin' like 08R....
can some1 show me the correct commands, plz?
cos everytime I build one, it becomes perpendicular :-[
