AI traffic not leaving the runway....

Postby FLAPS_DOWN » Mon Jun 02, 2003 1:03 pm

I've checked my afcad files and all the nodes are placed correctly, but I constantly have my ATC telling AI traffic to "exit runway when able", it takes so long for them to do so.  This of course makes the traffic behind it go around.  What is the formula to speed up the AI traffic on the ground, or is there something else I am missing.

Thanks.

I've heard about the file, "taxispeed.exe." and would like to get my hands on it.  Unfortunately, I'm not having any luck finding it.  Does someone have a kind suggestion?

Thanks!!! :)

This isn't an AFCAD or Ttools question. It's about A.I. taxi speed (which is controlled by neither of them).

I'm off back to the FS2002 forum.

I have this problem but I don't think it is linked to taxi speed because I have that set at 25kts.

I had two delta md80s stop on the middle of KDFW runway 36L. Most a/c had to go around but some still landed and drove thru the two sitting there. I also had one stop in the middle of the taxiway causing a traffic jam.

Don't know what's wrong. Maybe just overloaded the airport with AI because I'm not using any overlays.
