Adding Aircraft Traffic, airport gates, etc, to your Sim - AFCAD, TTools, Project AI, AI Aircraft, etc

G'day guys,
Quick question here - could someone advise me of the best way to add ILS procecdures to a "new" airport in Fs9?
I've downloaded a simple AFCAD for new Bangkok Internation (VTBS), but am always cleared for visual approach (which makes for separation issues for AI traffic)...
A quick google search said that it involves learning the SDK...or there was no answer - but thise responses were dated 2005...
Is there an easy way to do it nowadays?
Cheers
Stewy

FS2004 Scenery--Bangkok ILS. Adds ILS approaches for IFR operations at VTBS Bangkok, Thailand. This will also mean that the runways and approaches are available for AI ILS assignment. It should work with any scenery. By Bryn Battersby.
It seems to be working - will test it out!
Cheers

Scruffyduck's 'Airport Design Editor' (ADE9X) is an AFCAD style airport editor for FS9 and FSX. It includes an 'Approach Mode' which can add and edit approaches to fs9/FSX airports.
It includes an excellent in-depth manual.
