Maybe posting a screenshot of the exact error would give us something to research what is exactly wrong.

Also on the forums at www.world-of-ai.com you can find posts that are dealing with this problem.
Maybe your solution can already be found there

where do i extract the files?

You can extract the files to wherever you wish. I chose the Manual install option & created a new folder on my Desktop to extract them to.

i get an error when i upload the image of my error message! i screened shot the error message and saved it as a Paint document, the image is JPEG format

without knowing what the error is, i would guess it is too large, try cropping it so that only the woai bit is showing (no background/desktop or anything)

no, im sure its smaller than maximum memory! thanks though, can someone please guide me step by step on how to install WOA airline packages without using the installer if possible? thanks
