How Do I?

Hey guys, ive never done AI before, (world of AI) i installed all the things correctly, but i want to add new textures to the ai such as new paint schemes and stuff, is all i need to do is add the texturers to the aircraft folders and im set?

Could you explain further what you're trying to accomplish?

What's the source of the new textures and are they for the specific WoAI model?

Adding new textures to ai aircraft is the same as adding them to your flyable aircraft. If you're unfamiliar with that check this tutorial at Grumpy's Lair. It's for FS2002 but the method is the same in FS2004 and FSX.

Adding new textures to an ai aircrarft will not automatically cause it to fly. You have to add ai flightplans for that specific aircraft (each model+texture is a unique aircraft).

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
