What would be a good configuration for landing and take off in the airports?

What i mean is that in the AFCAD you can close or open runways for take off or landing but i supose you cant just open all for example because it would be a mess

what could be a good configuration??

Best config is to open ALL runways. FS decides which one is used based on wind
