Flattening with AFCAD

I have begun using AFCAD for the first time.   Having created new parking aprons at Luqa I notice that trees are poking through at silly places.  A pal says that I need to flatten the area.   Can anyone help (I`m rather poor at figuring these things out and not that good at programming)

If your using FS2004, goto Avsim and search the library for 'excbuilderv2.zip', a small program that allows you to easily build a
