AI Traffic w/ Add-on scnry

Postby will123ab » Sun Feb 13, 2005 1:10 pm

I recently bought Ultimate Traffic, its a great program. However, i also have add-on scenery for Logan Intl, and it changed some of the taxiways and runways slightly. This results in all my AI traffic being parked in the middle of buildings, taking off on the grass etc...
Is there a way to fix this?

You would have to use AFCAD to move the locations of the runways so that the AI traffic knows where they are.

What should I use to do that? Are there any guides/tutorials?
Thanks for your help!

Your UT AFCADs are in the Addon Scenery folder so will be opened first  by AF2. if you want to back them  up before hand do so by  placing them in a backup folder

It's as simple as opening AFCAD, a free download from this site (The scenery design or FS2004 essentials section I believe), picking your airport out, and then moving the runways. The catch is you don't have any kind of image to work with, so you might just have to experiment a little bit. You could also check the website where you got the scenery to see if they offer a file to modify the traffic for the addons, any good developer should. ;)
