Adding Aircraft Traffic, airport gates, etc, to your Sim - AFCAD, TTools, Project AI, AI Aircraft, etc

Are AFCAD files universal to FS9 ? - what I mean is that if I use Ultimate Traffic and I install scenery from a supplier which gives an improved Airport and I use his AFCAD files, would UT or any other AI utility be able to use these AFCAD files correctly ?
