AI-Traffic 2002

???Can anyone tell me if AI-Aardvark aircrafts 2002 will work with 2004 as Traffic  without problems ???

Should be perfectly OK. Just swap from the PAI to the Vark plane in your aircraft.txt file and recompile

BTW

If for some reason you don't like the results, make sure you make a backup of the 'old' aircraft.txt file so you can just revert back to it and compile again.
