AFCAD Airport Downloads Problems

I recently downloaded the new afcad for FS2004 and two aiports, KSFO & KTPA from the AFCAD website.

I placed the KSFO & KTPA .bgl files in the Addon Scenery/scenery folder

The afacd program shows both stock and modifed aiports. In FS there are no changes to the airports.

Also tried adding ILS to Rwy 19R @ KLAS. Saved the file. It also shows up as klas.bgl in the Addon Scenery/scenery folder. However there is no ILS for that runway in FS.

The install instructions with the airports and the afcad program seem pretty straight forward. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Jerry, to my best knowledge, for ILS and NAVAIDS in general it will not be possible to add them in FS. Maybe in future versions.
At least, that is what I make of the readme, section about versions, and what IS and ISN'T possible.
Maybe I'm wrong (non-native).
