random failure addon?

Is there any addons, other than FSPassengers, that will cause rare, random failures? I don't want to schedule what will fail and approximately when, like what you can do in the failures screen. I'd like to have something go wrong, say once in 100 hours statistically, without knowing what will happen, or when. Oh, and it would be good to limit those failures to things you can do something about... massive structural failure would just be a lame way to die, not a test of skill!

After a quick google, I found a post on VATSIM's forums.
http://forums.vatsim.net/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=61931It was designed for FS9, but should work with FSX, according to them. Let me know if it works for you.

gave it a try, and it works great... for 20 minutes. then it reaches the trial version limit, and you're supposed to register it, but the link is broken, seeing as this addon was made for fs2004 the site is probably long gone. anyone know where to either get the code to register this addon, or know where to get another one like it?
