Return to Misty Moorings

Good afternoon all...

I would like some information on this Return to Misty Moorings as having searched the internet I am still at a loss.

I have FSX and Windows 7.

Acceleration is also installed.

Now where do I purchase Return to Misty Moorings or is it freeware, I can't find the download for it.

Now I do not have Tongass Fjords and do I need to purchase this to use Return to Misty Moorings?

I have two west coast sceneries from ORBX so should be ok there.
