Shuttle Launch Pad

Postby InconspicuousBarrel » Fri Feb 12, 2010 11:47 pm

I searched all over for this but I couldn't find any results. Although I've seen it in many FSX Youtube videos.

So, my request is for a shuttle launch tower, or a link to one that is hidden where no obvious keywords can get to it.

do you want your shuttle tower for FSX, or for FS9.  You say you've seen them in FSX Videos, but you didnt say which version you are wanting it for.

I know of a Shuttle Launch scenery package for FS9 that is over at a competitor, as well as an update for it to add 1 more Gantry and Shuttle that lift off; but if you have FSX i do not know if it will work or not.

Also, if you have FS9, RWY12 Object Placer has a "Crawler/vehicle carrier" / shuttle / Gantry tower / concrete ramp platforms etc so that you can make your own "Astronaut Farmer" pad out in the middle of IOWA and then build your 'Field of Dreams' next to it.

I have FSX, and I'm talking about the place where the shuttle is launched from, that tower thing.

Have you found the default launch pad? It isn't the prettiest, but it works. :P

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
