Is there any programs for FS9 to simulate Head shake like it does for FSX?

I am not aware of any and it might fall into the not possible category.
As a rule of thumb one can usually go from a lower version to a higher one with few problems but unfortunately the reverse is not all ways true.

Marcel Kuhnt's Islander + Trislander addons have it built into the VC of the model somehow.
