Lancer Panel

This should have been placed in the "Addons Wanted" section, but to answer:

The panel at the top of the page, even though it is for FS2000 should work in FS9. Although don't quote me on it. If it doesn't, you might be able to make one out of that panel background and newer gauges. If you should choose to do that, make sure you get the author's permission before publishing anything.
