Lukla (Himalaya) Scenery Probs

Hello, do you know the Lukla airport textures from the Aerosoft Twin-Otter Screenshots, the Movies or for example the Simviation Movie http://www.simviation.com/files/47misc/Kam_Lukla.zip. I have installed FSX and a few addons but my airport textures are very, very bad.

So wrote a Email to Aerosoft but they do not answer my questions about the used airport scenery. So does anybody here know good or the same airport scenery textures for Lukla airport ?

Are you talking about this scenery for Lukla by Aerosoft? It includes high detail scenery for Mount Everest and it also includes Lukla airport scenery. Check out the screenshots.

the scenery that you got (in your pic) of Lukla, is default. everyone got that scenery.  The mountain range is better than it was in fs2004, but unfortunately Microsoft could not make EVERY airport in the FSWorld highly detailed or the game would have been up to 4 DVD's and you would need probably close to double the harddrive space just to contain it all. ....... not to mention all the hours and months of coding just to make all the airports highly detailed.  

thus, they gave us the airport (if nothing more than a runway) and with all the Scenery Designers, and Design Programs out there on the net, they leave most of the scenery up to the END USER (us) to fix or design to our likes and tastes.





speaking of Lukla, every scenery that i have found for ONLY that airport is PAYWARE.  Too bad someone that has more experience in design than I do would release something for it as FREEWARE.
