what about Nukes

I remember downloading a weapons pack from simviation that supposedly had a nuke , but the effects folder is empty.  :-?

I think that was from the FS2002 miscl section.

There's a weapons pack for FSX, but I never bothered fiddling with it since it seemed to be more of a pain in the arse to use than it was worth (at free, what can you say?  )

what about Nukes

I only know of 1 Nuke Effect and it is only for FS9.   basically, all it is .. is the mushroom cloud.  It will NOT destroy scenery items like buildings, trees, etc.  and there is no sound to it (like the boom).  http://www.surclaro.com/download.php?op=viewdownloaddetails&lid=15133&ttitle=nukem_v1.zip

There is a Tu-95 for FSX, that has a nuke drop with mushroom cloud.
