Are there any freeware supersonic effects out there as far as sonic boom and/or condensation cloud? I can't find any.

Have you tried using the one for FS9 in FSX?
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

The F-14 on this website for FSX contains the effects and sounds for supersonic... It works quite well! Good aircraft as well!
