Omega

Back before the days of GPS navigation, those brave souls we know as pilots navigated the oceans in two ways. One was by the stars, like a sailor (cannot do that in FS) and the other was: Omega. Omegas were very low fequency, very high range bouy-bound navigational aids. The range they had was enough to enable starbound navigation no longer required. This is what I am looking for, can anyone point me to someone who has incorporated the Omega navigation system into Flight Simulator? :)

Seen something like that a while ago... avsim.com or somewhere deep away

And you can do star nav with a better star database and the bubble sextant addon for the dc-3
