I've recently noticed through a video demo that Flight sim X has moving AI vehicles on the roads as part of the scenery. Will I be able to find something similar for FS2004 as part as an add on or payware?

Some payware add-ons and maybe a few Freeware add-ons have moving ground traffic...I know almost all Fly-Tampa sceneries have moving traffic in them...
