Ive definately seen one...although it may be FS9. Try flyawaysimulation.com

Yah I had one for FS9, that's available here. But I guess there just isn't one for FSX yet. Be nice if someone could make one, I loved that thing.

Sorry, but from what I understand it is not possible what so ever to have a web browser in the FSX kneeboard. :-/
