Ref: the fs2002 An Khe scenery (an_khe_af.zip at Avsim)
The visible scenery will work fine in 2004. It will not be in the 'go to airport' list, but a simple Afcad would solve that, or just find your way to the airport and save the flight.
If you do install it, DO NOT copy the texture files

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
