are there any scenery files out there that add some AI planes to the AFB's in FS2002 so there's some trafick going in and out of them. they look so barrenn. both planes on the tarmac and flying in and out would be nice.

I don't know but you can make Traffic yourself:
You need AI compatible aircraft and TTools (Traffic Tools).
In TTools there's a good manual that tells you how to make AI Flightplans.
