Airport diagrams (RJTT, VHHH)

I am looking for current airport diagrams of RJTT and VHHH. The ones I have are rather old (Oct. 2003) and fuzzy and hard to read.

Any ideas where I can find current diagrams of these airports?

I am assuming the RJ is in Japan?

Go to the VATSIM site and then the Japan Division....... you'll likely find it there.
