Could anyone tell me were i could get some cabin crew/pilot announcements for the added realism!

I use the SFX Panel here at simv.
Halfway down the page.

You can replace the defualt mp3s with anthing you want. I've got Acoustic Alchemy, Greenday and Newfound Glory on mine right now. I combined a bunch of mp3s into 3 "cds", one for each button.

Gotta love the default Muzak though!
